Welcome to the B2Match platform, here you can arrange your 1-2-1 meetings.

1. Set up a profile

You will need to set your profile up ahead of the event, we advise you have a strong profile that will raise your visibility on the platform, make this clear and concise. Your profile should describe the following:

• Who you are
• Description of your company
• Marketplace opportunities
• Add and describe a product you are offering to your profile or add and describe a service you are offering to your profile
• What you are looking for from the Israeli representatives
• Don't forget your profile will be live and visible.

Before the event, you will have the opportunity to request and accept meetings from the Israeli representative and UK delegates.  

2. Request meetings

You can browse profiles and request meetings with the Israeli representatives and UK Delegates by searching through the 'Participants' (located at the top in the black header) - A blue ‘available’ button next to the Israeli representative's name will show you who you can request meetings with. 

Click on their profile & click 'Request Meeting' and write an introduction email to them.

Meeting requests will be scheduled automatically allowing you to agree/ pick a time following your meeting request. 

3. Your Schedule of meetings 

You can browse all your confirmed, pending and cancelled meetings in the 'Meetings' tab (located at the top in the black header).

A few days prior to the event you will receive an email with your meetings schedule but you can always check it online or via the app.

To join a meeting, please click meetings and select the one you wish to join at your allocated time.

Please remember to cancel a meeting if you no longer wish to meet with them, or are unable to attend that time slot.

4. Booking rules:

• 1-2-1 meetings are 19 minutes’ maximum and there will be a 1-minute change over period between each meeting
• Meetings can only be arranged between the UK Delegates and the Israeli representative
• If you are unable to attend your meeting, please cancel this to allow others to have your slot
